The self-correcting loop: If you don't resolve an item today, it shows up again tomorrow. The platform does not forget. This creates accountability without anyone standing over your shoulder.

KPI cards — The big numbers at the top of your domain. Green = on target. Gold = watch. Red = act.
Collapsible sections — Click any section header to expand or collapse. The summary line tells you the status without opening it. Only drill into exceptions.
Sorting — Click any column header to sort ascending or descending. Works on every table, every view. ▲ = ascending, ▼ = descending.
Community filter — Click any community in the left sidebar. Every table filters to just that park. Click again to go back to portfolio view.
Detail panel — Click any row to see full context in the panel on the right. History, actions, links to Rent Manager.
Data freshness — The green dot at the top means data is fresh (pulled last night). Gold means aging. Red means stale.
Kevin is NOT the bottleneck. Leadership owns their domains. Kevin only gets pulled in for: cash flow, capital decisions, legal exposure, and write-offs. Everything else, the leadership team resolves together.

pulse is a decision engine based on facts. Every number on your dashboard comes from Rent Manager. If RM data is wrong, your decisions are wrong.
What this means for you:
The rule: Rent Manager is the single system of record. pulse reads from RM. If you want pulse to be right, make RM right first. Clean data is priority number one.
Communication is critical to our success. pulse connects the entire team through three channels — all feeding one decision engine.
How it works together: A tenant calls about a broken pipe → AI agent logs the work order → it appears on Dionna's dashboard → Slack pings her → she assigns a tech → the tech fixes it → work order closes → pulse updates overnight. One system. No gaps.
